Maroma A Belmond Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales department in managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring excellent communication across teams.
Your primary objective will be to assist in the planning and execution of sales initiatives, manage bookings, and maintain sales documentation. This role is key to facilitating seamless interactions between our sales teams and clients, highlighting Belmond’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals and sales presentations.
- Maintaining an updated database of client information and sales activities.
- Coordinating and confirming meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Assisting in the organization of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Responding to inquiries from clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Generating sales reports and providing insights to management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for luxury travel and hospitality.
- Background in groups and catering areas are a plus
- Based in Cancun, Palaya del Carmen or Riviera Maya area
