Our dedicated team of over 250 professionals works to ensure the successful execution of engineering, technology, and product development projects.
We are currently seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet both performance and quality standards.
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability and quality of these systems through all phases of product development.
- Will be focused on the Trunk (trunk), Tailgate (tailgate), Frunk Systems with the following specific ativities
- Design interiors commodities (instrument panel, door trim, seating, center console, sun visors, hard trim, soft trim, etc.)
- Implement mounting systems,
- GD&T strategies and rib patterns.
- Design and integration of additional kennels and features.
- Perform load studies and interface analysis.
- Develop Class A surface sections and support 3DX versions.
- Update 3D structures as required.
Requirements
• Advance English level (MUST)
• Experience in the interiors commodities (instrument panel, door trim, seating, center console, sun visors, hard trim, soft trim, etc.) (MUST)
• Strong undersanding of CATIA V6 (3D Experience or 3DX) for developing automotive components (MUST)
• Strong experience with injection Molding (for interior systems).
Nice to have:
• Strong understanding of GD&T and experience in creating detailed engineering drawings.
• Parametric Modeling, GSD ( Ground Sampling Distance), and Part Design workbenches.
• Experience with trunks is a plus.
