We are currently seeking a Product Complexity Strategist & KPI Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Activities:
- Manage part data collection and analysis to support manufacturing KPI’s for total parts per vehicle required.
- Work with engineering on alternatives to reduce part complexity.
- Develop and manage plant/product part complexity matrix to drive target attainment for current and new model programs.
- Provide relevant scope information (e.g. revenue $’s, assets managed, $ budget, personnel resources managed, etc…) to enable review of comparable positions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data management/analysis, automotive product/process experience, basic supply chain and material flow knowledge
- Strong data management / database experience.
- · Strong Excel knowledge and preferred with Power BI experience.
